The saying is true; people don't work for companies, people work for people. How people interact and work together is the differential to a truly great place to work. As a student of leadership, strategy and management, I am fascinated with what makes a few select companies truly great places to work - while leaving most places as a dreaded 8-5ish. I'm refining my own leadership skills, in the pursuit of creating a great place to work.
